We are caretakers of dogs. So I want to ask (rhetorically); should the football player Vick be allowed to own a dog. It is all over the news that his little girl wants a dog and he is rehabilitated so should that be enough to change his fate with dogs?

This story of one Vick abused dog is enough to forever answer the question, in my mind at least.
